It helps for part of the night but not the entire night. I agree with others that it really does not breath well and contributes to feeling hot when you wake up for your frequents trips to the loo. This is my second pregnancy; I thought I was being so smart this time around to have a total body pillow but like the first, I could live without it. With that said, I have consistently used it since I purchased it but only for about half the night and then it is tossed to the floor. I was 6 months along when I purchased it and am now due anyday. For the $, it is not a bad price. -- Good but not great

Previously, I had purchased the Comfort-U Total Body Support Pillow. It was very bulky, and very difficult to get into, or remain in a comfortable position. For just over half the price, I got this pillow, and it has made a big difference. It fit much better into our bed, and was not too fluffy for my small frame. You can easily find many comfortable positions throughout the night, and it is easy to adjust. I would recommend this to anyone!! -- Very Comfortable, Easy to Use

As I was getting near 2nd trimester, I was trying to master sleeping on my left side. I read this in one of the pregnancy books that you should train your body sleep on the left side to help circulate the blood flow better to the baby. Since I'm a back sleeper, it was incredibly hard to sleep on one side throughout the night. I started having neck and back pain. My friend suggested I use the snoggle. I have to said, it really helped. I had to place a small pillow under my head to elevate my upper body but overall I would definiately recommend this product to all expecting mothers out there. -- Must buy

I was hesitant to buy the snoogle because I have never bought such an expensive pillow. However, I sleep on my side so much better now and I can turn it or bend it to fit just the right support where I need it as I get bigger. The same effect might be achieved with several regular pillows but the slimmer snoogle allows my husband and I to still share the queen sized bed without my pillows creeping over to his side too much. It also makes it easier to turn than using several regular pillows since it doesn't all fall apart as I roll over. A better night's sleep was worth the investment. -- Great night's sleep
